This course introduces learners to understanding the importance of quality business emails, from how to begin, to ending your email, analysing formal and informal language, interpreting emails, using proper etiquette, organising your writing and how to be clear and precise using formal business expressions. Furthermore, this course does not only focus on the positive, we will focus on the negative side of emails, teaching how to deliver bad news professionally in order to give you confidence in the workplace.
The Language of Meetings
Effective communication can make the difference on how your customers, clients and colleagues view you and your company's professionalism. This course focuses on how to start and end meetings, on how to take charge of the agenda, present arguments and opinions, and how to interrupt, agree and disagree. Presenting dialogues with key expressions and phrases you will practice these situations in a meeting simulation.
